The Kingsway Standard
We use polyaspartic floor coatings instead of epoxy because the difference in performance isn’t subtle — it’s the gap between a floor that lasts a decade and one that starts peeling after the first winter. Every coating we install is UV stable, chemical resistant, and completed in under a day so your garage is back in use the same day we leave.
Our cabinets aren’t sourced from a supplier, assembled from flat-pack, or pulled off a showroom floor — they’re CNC-cut and built in our own Windsor shop from 3/4″ Baltic birch marine-grade plywood. That distinction matters, because marine-grade plywood doesn’t sag, swell, or fail the way particleboard does when it meets a real garage environment.
Every outdoor structure we build uses Polywood — the same high-density polyethylene material used by boat and yacht manufacturers since 1988 — because it’s the only outdoor building material that genuinely requires zero maintenance over its lifetime. Unlike wood that rots and composite that fades, Polywood looks the same in fifteen years as it does on installation day.

The owner visits your home to assess the space, take measurements, and understand exactly what you're looking to build. All consultations are on-site — we won't quote a project we haven't seen.
We prepare a detailed design plan and transparent, itemized quote. You'll review everything and have the chance to ask questions before giving the go-ahead.
We execute the project on schedule, with precision and care at every stage. Once complete, we walk you through the finished space to make sure everything is exactly as planned.
